We are excited to kick off 2025 with some fantastic news! Jenny Harvie-Miller has been promoted to Head of Group Communications & Engagement, and Kari Burton MRTPI MRICS has been promoted to Regional Head of Planning – South East.

Jenny has been with Mac Mic Group since 2005, her role evolving alongside the company’s growth over the past 20 years. Most recently, she served as Senior Group Marketing Manager, playing a key role in our marketing success across the divisions. In her new position, Jenny will lead our communications and engagement efforts, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the Group and externally. Her leadership will be instrumental in fostering a strong sense of community and engagement within the company and beyond.

Since joining Mac Mic Group in 2023, Kari has demonstrated exceptional leadership and planning expertise, significantly strengthening our South East Region. Her successful submissions and skilled management of consulting relationships have been invaluable. This promotion recognises Kari’s dedication and outstanding contributions. In her new role, she will lead our South East planning operations and oversee planning team development as we expand.
